• Chineseartcharm strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. That's why shipping and exchanges are a cinch.

Standard-size items

• We know you'll love your cheongsam, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, we'd like to provide you the exchange service. We accept exchanges up to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods by customer. Cheongsams must be in a new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.

Return or Exchange Steps

• Make sure all tags and Labels available;
• Email us and request an exchange, our staff will reply you within 1-3 business days.
• We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
• Please note: all sale and promotional cheongsams are not eligible for refund.
